Founded in 2001 by Eric and Paula Supina, Chilly-Pepper Cooling & Heating installs, services, and repairs Commercial and Residential heating and air conditioning equipment. We serve over 2,500 customers in Georgetown, Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet and surrounding areas.

Services

Need maintenance or repairs? When your air conditioning or heating system is not working correctly; our seasoned team of Service Technicians will assess your equipment and diagnose the problem for a flat fee. After assessment and diagnosis, we provide detailed information and options and UPFRONT PRICING for the cost of the repair. WE WILL NOT PROCEED WITH REPAIRS WITHOUT CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION.

Service Agreement

If you want consistent performance of your system, and to benefit from the full coverage under manufacturer warranties we highly recommend an annual service agreement which includes a multiple-step Spring and Fall maintenance visit. A clean system is also proven to help reduce energy costs. Our service agreement customers benefit from quick response in the event of system failure or malfunction and discounted repair pricing. 

Installation

Replacing aging or failed equipment? Upgrading to a newer unit for energy efficiency and/or for peace of mind? or remodeling or new construction?
